  Detailed below are our EAA Rental Rates.  These Rates reserve the unit for you from July 18th - July 30th, 2012.  The 18th - 30th are black out dates, so during these dates this price applies regardless of the exact days you take the RV.

(1)  Regular Fleet Rentals:  Rent from our regular fleet at our Prime Rate (RV Types and the prime rate are listed below).  For details, amenities and pictures on these units refer to our home page.  Our home page shows you our regular fleet's amenities and pictures.  The only change from the home page information is the rate, which is listed below.

 - Regular Fleet Rentals maybe:

1. Picked-Up @ Happy Trails
1. We are located about 10 mins. from EAA, pick-up and return during our regular pick-up and return hours.  Optional Early Pick-Up and Late Return are still available.
2. Your Responsibilities Include:  dumping, washing the outside, cleaning the inside, refilling the fuel tanks, and all others detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
2. Delivered to EAA    $200
1. We will deliver, set up, retrieve, dump, wash the outside for $200
2. All units will be delivered on Wednesday, July 18th.  You must reserve your EAA Campsite for 7/18 (see "EAA Camping Tips" below for more information on this).  Units maybe delivered earlier if prior arrangements are made.
3. You have the option of setting up a time to meet with Happy Trails for a demonstration on how the unit works, or you may simply watch the Walk-Thru Video sent in your confirmation packet.  For those who have never used an RV before we suggest scheduling a Walk-Thru.
   
4. Your Responsibilities:  Clean the inside.  Refill any fuel used or purchase the Fuel Refill Package (we refill the fuel for $25 Service Fee + the cost of the fuel).  Remember, the generator on motorhomes runs off of the fuel tank.

(2)  EAA Fleet Rentals:  For $2,495 rent a NEW Unit, have it delivered and set-up at EAA.

-  Fill out the EAA Airventure Rental Form and email, fax or mail it to us. EAA Airventure Rental Form:  Click Here

-  Tell us the number of people you need to sleep, and the general floor plan you would like.  We will provide you with a NEW unit, doing our best to accommodate all of your requests. 

-  For no additional charge, we will deliver the unit to EAA, set it up, retrieve it, dump it, refill the fuel, and wash the outside.  All we ask is you clean the inside and turn the water off before you leave EAA. 

-  We will deliver your unit on Wednesday, July 18th.  You must reserve your EAA campsite for 7/18 (see "EAA Camping Tips" below for more information on this).  Units maybe delivered earlier if prior arrangements are made.

EAA CAMPING TIPS & INFO

CAMP SCHOLLER

1. If you are renting from Happy Trails and having the unit delivered, you MUST go online and pre-purchase camping for 7/18/2012.  The camping you pre-purchase is NOT water and electric.  When Happy Trails delivers your unit if you desire we will upgrade you to Water and Electric.  Happy Trails will pay EAA for the upgrade, then once we return to our store we will run your credit card for the additional cost to upgrade with a 3% Convenience Fee.  Your receipt for your upgrade will be available to you.  (More information on delivery will be sent to you in your Rental Confirmation)
 
2. Electric Sites go fast!  If you want an electric site you should bring your unit to EAA NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, JULY 18th, 2012.
 
3. If you do not get an electric site and are not renting a motorhome you will need a generator in order to have electricity.  A generator will run your A/C for you!
 
4. Generators maybe rented from RSC Equipment Rental.  You will pay RSC directly for your generator fees.  If Happy Trails is delivering your unit we will coordinate the delivery of your generator directly to your site at the same time your unit is delivered at no charge.  More information on this will be provided to you with your confirmation.
