- Regular Fleet Rentals may be:

  1. Picked-Up @ Happy Trails
    1. We are located about 10 mins. from EAA, pick-up and return during our regular pick-up and return hours. Optional Early Pick-Up and Late Return are still available.
    2. Your Responsibilities Include: dumping, washing the outside, cleaning the inside, refilling the fuel tanks, and all others detailed in our Terms and Conditions.

  2. Delivered to Your Campsite   $200
    1. We will deliver, set up, retrieve, wash the outside for $200
    2. You are responsible for reserving and paying for your own campsite. See "Airventure Camping Tips" below for more information on this).
    3. CAMP SCHOLLER CAMPSITES: Due to EAA not having a Will-Call area for tickets and passes into the campground, the Renter must be present in order for Happy Trails to deliver the unit.  Due to the short time frame between when a unit is delivered, when a renter arrives, and the fact that many renters travel before arriving at EAA it is not possible to send passes to you after a unit is delivered to the campground.  So, you MUST schedule a delivery time with us, where you will be present, during our regular business hours which are: Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm; Saturday: 9am - 2pm; Sunday: CLOSED.  Or we can leave your passes in your unit, but you would be responsible for talking to those at Camp Scholler's entry gate and getting authorization to go in for the first time without your pass.
    4. PRIVATE CAMPGROUNDS As long as it is okay with the campground, the renter does not have to be present. (see camping tips below for some recommended campgrounds)
    5. Your Responsibilities: Clean the inside, arrange the tank to be dumped before we retrieve the unit, refill any fuel used (LP or gas) or purchase the Fuel Refill Package (we refill the fuel for $25 Service Fee + the cost of the fuel). Remember, the generator on motorhomes runs off of the fuel tank.

CAMP SCHOLLER
  1. If you are renting from Happy Trails and having the unit delivered, you MUST purchase your own campsite through EAA.
  2. Electric Sites go fast! They are reserved through EAA on a first come, first served basis. Visit the EAA Airventure website for information on how to reserve your site.
  3. If you do not get an electric site and are not renting a motorhome you will need a generator in order to have electricity. A generator will run your A/C for you!
  4. Generators maybe rented from RSC Equipment Rental. You will pay RSC directly for your generator fees, and coordinate with them any delivery of generators.  HAPPY TRAILS WILL NOT DELIVER GENERATORS TO AIRVENTURE.
